Look for the Tether logo at the bottom right. Slide the device up to remove it from its casing.
Portable device?
Flip it. Our casings can be a bit tricky. Here's how to open them:
- Hold with one hand, use the other.
- Press it against your chest and use a hand.
- Use a table edge for leverage.
Now, you can see the battery pack. Swapping batteries is straightforward, but remember not to mix brands or use old with new - it can cause performance issues, leaks, or damage. Safety first!
Putting it back? For wall mounts, ensure the Tether logo's at the bottom right and slide down until secure. For portables, slide the back on.
